  • As part of our standard rental rate we include installation within 10ft of water line, electrical wire, condensate line (not pump) and venting.
    • Anything outside of that 10ft, we may have a one-time charge to the customer
  • What’s included?
    • While you are renting we cover parts and labor for anything that goes wrong with the unit itself*
      • Covered
        • Control board stopped working ($300-$600)
        • Gas valve needs replacement ($500+)
      • Not Covered
        • Rodents inside unit
        • Flooded basements/equipment
        • Clogged filters or issues resulting from poorly maintained filters
        • Water heater lining – leaking hot water heaters need a replacement and can not be fixed
