| Are there any installation charges? | Most times no, however this will be determined by an initial inspection. Please remember we only lease the equipment, so depending on the state of the home there may be an installation charge. Remember there is no obligation! |
| Is there a charge to remove the old equipment? | Generally, there is no charge for this, unless the equipment is very heavy or very large and must be taken apart to be removed from the building. |
| If I have a problem with the equipment, do you respond only during the weekday? | We respond 24/7 for no heat and no hot water calls. Weekends and Holidays – no problem. You can depend on us! |
| How do you bill me for the monthly rental charges? | We will mail you a monthly bill! We are working on online billing! |
| Do you charge for repairs to rental equipment? | Normal wear and tear repairs are performed FREE of charge. |
| Do you take credit cards for the monthly rental payments? | Yes, and there are no fees when paying by credit card. You can even pay online! |
