A typical AC install involves placing a coil inside your existing furnace system. We then run refrigerant lines (lineset) to the condensing unit located outside your home. Your existing (or new) thermostat turns the unit on and off.

Mini Splits
Same type of condenser outside your home, with linesets connecting to each head unit. Certain units can even heat your home as well!
- Can cool and heat rooms independently (can’t heat and cool at the same time)
- No existing duct work required
- Linesets usually have to be drilled through the exterior of the home and are mounted on the outside of the home.
- Expensive – rates usually start above $200/m
